此次厚朴牵头的集团与格力方面展开深入谈判，涉及交易价格为69亿美元（约合人民币476亿元）。但格力一位内部人士表示：“目前收购价格还未确定，69亿美元不是最终价格。还需关注谈判情况。”
格力电器董事长董明珠6月5日表示，决策权不在她手里，珠海国资委会处理这件事。但据每日经济新闻，珠海国资委表示对“接盘事宜”一概不知，“最好等官方的回应”。
